As the holiday season takes over my home, I’ve already begun stocking up on Reese’s trees, all things peppermint, and indulging in sugar cookie lattes at Starbucks. Being a Sam’s Club member, I tend to do all my holiday shopping there—where else can I find fantastic deals on bulk groceries, toys, clothing, and gift cards for everyone on my list all in one place?
Given my holiday enthusiasm, I always purchase my seasonal snacks from the club store. They’re not only tasty but also come in larger sizes that typically last me the entire holiday season without needing to repurchase.
Usually, around this time, I’d be stocking up on Member’s Mark Chocolate Peppermint Almonds, which are dark and white chocolate-coated roasted almonds with crushed candy cane pieces, available for a limited time during the holidays.
However, after waiting all month, it seems my favorite seasonal treat won’t be returning this year. This is especially noticeable since Sam’s has introduced a new Red Velvet Flavored Almonds to their private label brand. While I’ll be adding these new red velvet-flavored chocolate-covered roasted almonds to my shopping cart, they don’t quite satisfy my craving for a minty, crunchy snack.
Therefore, this year, I’m switching to a new Sam’s Club snack: Snack Factory’s Holiday White Crème & Peppermint Covered Pretzels.
